MY JOURNEY

Hi, I’m Robby Webb, a builder, problem-solver, and the hands behind Webb Tide & Timber. 

For more than 30 years, I worked in engineering, fabrication, and project management within the industrial manufacturing world. My career was built around improving systems, refining designs, and leading teams to create products that performed better, lasted longer, and solved real problems. Quality wasn’t just a metric; it was a mindset. 

 

After decades in the corporate manufacturing environment, I knew I wanted something different. I wanted to build something of my own. Something personal. Something I could stand behind with my name on it. 

 

That’s how Webb Tide & Timber was born! 

 

Built From Real-World Experience 

The idea for our boat and golf cart decking didn’t come from a boardroom, it came from real-world frustration. I kept seeing decking that was slippery, uncomfortable, difficult to clean, or simply not built to last and lacking that wow factor. I knew there had to be a better way. 

So, I went back to what I know best, hands-on building, prototyping, testing, and refining until I found the products and applications that met my standards. No shortcuts, no compromises. If I wouldn’t install it on my own boat or cart, it doesn’t leave my shop. 

Every product is made in the USA and crafted with the same engineering discipline and attention to detail I’ve practiced for three decades, but now it’s more personal. 

The Man Behind the Brand 

I’m a people person at heart. I care about relationships just as much as results. I believe in quality over quantity, hard work over hype, and doing right by the customer every single time. 

I grew up in middle Tennessee and Kentucky and now call the Florida Panhandle home. Faith, family, and craftsmanship are central to who I am. I’m blessed with an incredible wife, three children, three stepchildren, and four grandkids who keep life full and meaningful. 

Webb Tide & Timber isn’t just a business venture; it’s the next chapter of my life. A chapter focused on independence, craftsmanship, and building products that serve families, boaters, and golf cart owners across the country.

My vision is simple:
